Review the system requirements to see which browsers and browser versions are supported for Verse, decide which to use, and upgrade browsers if necessary. Using a supported browser version ensures the best experience for your users. Connections Cloud System Requirements  
Be aware that to take full advantage of Verse features, IBM Notes® mail file template version 9.0 or higher is required. This version of the mail template is required for proper display of the calendar bar.
You can apply a mail file template as you provision users or after provisioning is complete. For more information, see the following topics:
 
Assess network capacity. This step ensures that your site has the network capacity to support the number of Verse users you expect to have. Network capacity for browser-based clients  
(Optional) Enable report-to information for Team Analytics Verse users can see, with one click, how the recipients of an email message or calendar invitation are related to one another within a company's report-to chain.

Understand which options to select to enable Verse subscriptions for your users during provisioning. Several cloud offerings entitle your users to Verse. Which options you select to enable Verse depends on the offering or offerings you purchase.
