Sun Fire SysControl sensor
The Sun Fire SysControl (SC) sensor discovers domains that are configured on Sun Fire systems.
The following information is obtained from the system
controller on the Sun Fire system:
- Remote configuration administration operations
- Board assignments and board status
- Current usage statistics for Capacity on Demand (COD) resources
- System board devices and resource usage information
- System controller (SC) failover status or role
- Platform type, board available component list, the domain state for each domain, and Capacity on Demand (COD) information

Security issues
The TADDM service account
must have platform administrator privileges, which means that the
account is a member of the UNIX group
platadmn. Any user who is a member of the platadmn group has privileges
to run the following System Management Services (SMS) commands:
- rcfgadm
- showboards
- showcodusage
- showdevices
- showfailover
- showplatform
