Reverting to a previous service level of IBM Integration Bus Healthcare Pack

To revert to a previous service level of IBM® Integration Bus Healthcare Pack, reinstall IBM Integration Bus Healthcare Pack on Windows and Linux.

Before you start:

Before you begin, if you have a single installation on your computer, create and retain a backup image. Alternatively, keep a copy of your previous installation source fix pack images or media after you have installed a fix pack.

You cannot remove individual fixes that you have applied to IBM Integration Bus Healthcare Pack. To restore a system to a previous service level, you must reinstall the appropriate level of service. To restore a system to a previous service level, choose one of the following options:
  • Uninstall the current level, then reinstall the previous service level of IBM Integration Bus Healthcare Pack.
  • Install the previous service level of IBM Integration Bus Healthcare Pack to a new location on your system.

To uninstall the current service level and return to a previous service level, complete the following steps:

  1. Uninstall IBM Integration Bus Healthcare Pack, see Uninstalling IBM Integration Bus Healthcare Pack.
  2. Install the required release level of IBM Integration Bus Healthcare Pack, see Installing IBM Integration Bus Healthcare Pack.
  3. Install the appropriate fix pack, see Applying service updates to IBM Integration Bus Healthcare Pack.
  4. Windows
platformLinux platformOn Windows and Linux, if your IBM Integration Toolkit does not update to the old settings, close the program, and complete one of the following options:
    • Windows
platformOn Windows:
      1. Click Start > All Programs > IBM Integration Toolkit > IBM Integration Toolkit version, where version is the version number of the IBM Integration Toolkit.
      2. Right-click Start IBM Integration Toolkit version. The Integration Toolkit Properties window opens.
      3. On the Shortcut tab, in the Target field, at the end of the target name, type -clean, click OK.
      4. Right-click Start IBM Integration Toolkit version, click Run as administrator.
      5. After the IBM Integration Toolkit loads, close the IBM Integration Toolkit, remove -clean from the Target field.
      6. Start the IBM Integration Toolkit.
    • Linux platformOn Linux:
      1. Open a terminal and navigate to your IBM Integration Toolkit installation directory. By default, this directory is /opt/IBM/IntegrationToolkit90.
      2. Run the command ./launcher -clean.
Your system is running the previous service level of IBM Integration Bus Healthcare Pack.
