Message flow behavior

Message flow behavior is initially defined by the broker, but you can change or add to that behavior in some situations.

When a message is received and processed by a message flow, the broker handles both successful and failure processing. The default actions taken by the broker, which are independent of the protocol you are using to exchange messages with your message flows, are described in Default message flow behavior.

If the default behavior does not meet your processing requirements in some way, you can change some aspects of the behavior by tuning or reconfiguring your message flows.
