Producing Business Process Manager integration service definitions

When you use Business Process Manager (BPM) to construct integration services that are integrated into IBM® Integration Bus, you use an export .twx file to pass the integration service definition.

The purpose of this task is to produce definitions of BPM integration services that can be used by an IBM Integration Bus developer to implement those services in IBM Integration Bus. A BPM process designer creates an export .twx file that contains the integration services definition for use by IBM Integration Bus.
  1. Define any new business objects that are required as inputs or outputs for the BPM integration service. For more information, look for topics about defining business objects in the BPM information center.
  2. Create a BPM integration service. The BPM integration service is defined by its input and output business object types but the service itself is implemented in IBM Integration Bus instead of IBM Process Designer . To create the BPM integration service definition, refer to integration service creation topics in the BPM information center.
The integration service is ready to be added to a BPM Toolkit.

Add the BPM integration service to the BPM toolkit; see Creating an IBM Business Process Manager toolkit.
