Explanation

The system was not able to perform the DROPIPCS successfully. The DIAGs are CEA internal codes as to what went wrong. Search problem reporting databases for a fix for the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center.

System action

The association between CEA and the IPCS environment still exists. It has not been dropped.
