Explanation
A subsystem address space supported by advanced
communications function/telecommunications access method (ACF/TCAM)
had an error condition. An ACF/TCAM subsystem has determined that
recovery could not occur.  The subsystem abnormally ends. Register
0 contains one of the following failure codes: Code

001
The request parameter list (RPL) address was incorrect when the
subsystem interface was not running with authorized path.
002
An abnormal end occurred before the subsystem was notified of
function recovery routines (FRR) recovery.

System action
Restart the subsystem.

System programmer response
Format the SVC dump with the interactive
problem control system (IPCS). Search problem reporting data bases
for a fix for the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center.

Programmer response
Print the SVC dump, which was stored in
the SYS1.DUMP data set.
