Detailed table formats

Fields which are always required are in boldface type. All other fields are optional, at least when updating an object. Optional fields which are required when creating an object are noted as such in the column description.

The tag EO means export-only and indicates that the field is filled in by export, and is read in by import but is not used to update the object. These fields contain IODF data.

Data columns which update the IODF are marked with <Updates the IODF>.

Objects which must be present in the IODF are marked with <IODF Key>.

Fields which are ignored in certain contexts, are still validated for correctness (for example, any data supplied in a numeric column must be numeric).

For a number of fields, a default value is indicated. When importing, it is important to realize that the default value is only used when a new object is being created and when no data is provided in the import file for that field.
