Global configuration database backup
The global configuration database is updated periodically when you modify FileNet® P8 domain properties and when Content Platform Engine domain objects are created or deleted.
Some of the domain objects whose metadata is stored in the global
configuration database are as follows:
- Fixed content devices
- Marking sets
- Object stores
- Sites
- Workflow systems
- Connection points
- Isolated regions
- Case Analyzer stores
