Setting reservation preferences
To save time, you can set your preferences for payment method, meeting spaces, workspaces, vehicles, and delegates in your profile record. When you reserve rooms, equipment, and vehicles, these preferred settings are displayed by default. When you select delegates, these people can create reservations in their calendars for you.
Before you begin
Procedure
- Click the Welcome, User Name link.
- In the Preferences tab, specify your preferences.
- Save the record.
