If you are using a Java™ applet for tasks such as sending mail or if you have an SSL environment, you might see the Java exception SSLHandshakeException because the appropriate certificate does not exist on your computer. To avoid this problem, you must download the certificate.
Your browser guides you as you download the certificates for the Java applets to a default location. When you use the Send Email action or open a viewer, you are opening a Java applet. You must download the certificates for each browser that users use to access the web client.
