DB2 Version 9.7 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows

Stopping an event monitor

Use the contents pane of the Control Center to stop an active event monitor. All active event monitors are automatically stopped when their database is stopped.

About this task

  1. From the Control Center, expand the object tree until you find the Event Monitors folder.
  2. Click the Event Monitors folder. Existing event monitors with output written to tables are displayed in the pane on the right side of the window (the contents pane). Monitors that are active have a Status of Started.
  3. Right-click the event monitor that you want in the contents pane and select Stop Event Monitoring from the pop-up menu. The monitor's Status changes to Stopped.

You can select multiple monitors before selecting Stop Event Monitoring from the pop-up menu.
