Adding primary keys

You can use the Control Center or the ALTER TABLE statement to add primary keys.

• To add primary keys using the Control Center:
  1. Expand the object tree until you see the Tables folder.
  2. Right-click the table you want to modify, and select Alter from the pop-up menu.
  3. On the Keys page, select one or more columns as primary keys.
  4. Optional: Enter the constraint name of the primary key.
• To add primary keys using the command line, enter:

     ALTER TABLE <name>
        ADD CONSTRAINT <constraint_name>
        PRIMARY KEY (<column_name>)
