Installing IBM Case Manager

You can install IBM® Case Manager interactively, by using the installation program. You can also install silently, by adding installation values to an input file and running the installation program from a command line.

Before you begin

Install the prerequisite applications before you run the IBM Case Manager installation program.

  • Installing IBM Case Manager interactively
    The IBM Case Manager installation program detects whether you have prerequisite software installed. The program installs the IBM Case Manager files.
  • Installing IBM Case Manager silently
    When you install IBM Case Manager silently, you run a command and specify an input file. Add the information for your environment in the input file before you start the installation. The installation program installs the files for the IBM Case Manager applications, as well as the configuration tool.
