NTP monitor
The Network Time Protocol (NTP) monitor queries an NTP server using UDP (User Datagram Protocol) to determine whether the server is supplying the correct time.
NTP uses UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) to synchronize computer clocks to the millisecond.
