The integration with Rational Team Concert is supported by Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration (OSLC). IBM UrbanCode Release imports work items from Rational Team Concert and creates matching change items in IBM UrbanCode Release. The integration is not bidirectional; you cannot export changes from IBM UrbanCode Release to Rational Team Concert.
