Manage Remote Support Requests
This task views or manages call-home requests that the console has submitted.
- Open the Manage Remote Support Requests task from the Service Management work pane.
- From the Manage Remote Support Requests window, a list of active
requests and a list of waiting requests are displayed. You can select requests
from either list and display the available options by clicking Options on
the menu bar. The options permit you to:
- View all call-home servers
- Cancel selected requests
- Cancel all active requests
- Cancel all waiting requests
- Close the window and exit
