Problem
Opening Analysis Studio in either Internet Explorer 11 gives the following error: ANS-MES-0005 An unexpected error occurred. If the problem continues, undo your action or close and re-open your Web browser window.

Cause
MS IE 11 are only fully supported in later product fix packs.

Diagnosing The Problem
Check whether you are using MS IE11.
In Internet Explorer, click the "Tools" icon, which looks like a gear / cog / nut, and select "About Internet Explorer".
