Error description

  • PTF UQ06504 pulled in the update from PTF UQ03814 and did not
include the base level of the code.  This caused a problem with
the RIP profile which could not be used after PTF UQ06504 was
applied.

PQ04331 superseded several PTFs, including PQ02781 (UQ03814)
which added RIP V2 support.  Two new macros that were added by
PQ02781 were corrupted by the build process of UQ06504.
