Error description

The Resources -> Resource Adapters -> Resource adapters
panel in the administrative console incorrectly shows
resource adapters named "WebSphere MQ Resource Adapter" at cell,
node and server scope for all nodes created with fix pack
7.0.0.1 or later applied.
These entries disappear if the resource adapter archive is
updated through the panel.

The "WebSphere MQ Resource Adapter" entries are internal to the
WebSphere MQ messaging provider that is part of WebSphere
Application Server, and should only be administered via the
"WebSphere MQ messaging provider" entries on the
  Resources -> JMS -> JMS providers
panel in the administrative console.

PK72296 changed the default location of the WMQ Resource
Adapter so it is now listed in the resource adapter collection
in the administrative console.

Problem conclusion

The resource adapter collection panel in the administrative
console now checks for a different value when filtering out
the internal resource adapters.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.7.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
page for delivery information:
