  COMMENTS:
  While issuing the ZSDEA command, CTL-8's may occur because of
  an incorrectly coded ICM instruction. In segment B1A5, the mask
  field in the instruction "ICM R1,0011,CY7INX" is interpreted as
  decimal 11 instead of the binary value B'0011'. Decimal 11 is a
  binary value B'1011' and the ICM copies 3 bytes instead of the
  intended 2 bytes, causing an incorrect value to be loaded to R1.
