  ABSTRACT:
  When there is a library state change on a TS7700 virtual tape
  library, z/TPF does not report any details beyond saying that
  the library is in an automated state.

  COMMENTS:
  A TS7700 virtual library can be in an automated state but also
  have multiple conditions that need to be addressed to allow it
  to operate optimally. z/TPF is not reporting these conditions
  which prevents them from being corrected in a timely manner.

• SOLUTION:
  Three new messages have been added to z/TPF that will report
  detailed status in addition to the overal state of the library.
  The messages are:
