PI55902: TWSZ PROCESSING LEAVES ORPHANED STORAGE (SSC CONTROL BLOCK) IN CSA WHEN A TSO ADDRESS SPACE IS CANCELLED

APAR status

• Closed as new function.

Error description

• If a TSO address space is cancelled for example due to a
  TIMEOUT, a control block in CSA with eyecatcher SSC may be
  left allocated.   There is an ESTAE exit taken however it is
  unable to free the CSA storage as it gets control in an
  unauthorized state causing RC=x'18' and Reason code=x'104'.
  Another method to free this storage would be to use a
  resource manager established when the CSA storage is obtained.
  This resource manager would get control at task or jobstep
  task or address space termination time and could perform some
  clean up of the CSA storage.
