Problem conclusion

• An incorrect delete of the resource manager caused a
  missing released of the RME control block. Now the
  RME is released.
  Since this apar introduces a change to
  EQQZRMG1, that is part of the load module EQQSSCM*,
  in order to correctly apply the fix, the user
  needs to reload the new EQQSSCM*, either doing a system IPL
  or restarting the controller started task
  adding the following options to the OPCOPTS statement:
  BUILDSSX(REBUILD)
  SSCMNAME(EQQSSCM*,PERMANENT)
  These parameters should be removed at the next restart of the
  controller.
