  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  An expired Java certifcate warning will be displayed unless you
  install application support files that have been signed with
  the renewed Tivoli Java certificate.
  
  For TEP and Enhanced 3270 UI, TCPPORT attribute is a signed
  integer with a small range.
