Error description
A user can select either "Add Pseudo Assembler Instructions" or "Remove Pseudo Assembler Instructions" from the action-bar View pull-down menu. Once that option is selected, it is saved in the user's ISPF profile and automatically used for all subsequent listing displays (until possibly changed again by the user). If the user has never selected either option, then the product default should be to not show the pseudo assembler instructions. This is the documented default according to the Fault Analyzer User's Guide and Reference. Currently, the default as shipped is incorrect, because as shipped, FA will show pseudo assembler instructions, which is not correct.
Local fix
Select "Remove Pseudo Assembler Instructions" from the action-bar View pull-down menu to set this to what the shipped default should be.
