   branching into address '00000000' from EQATIEXT with IMS
   isolation (ISO) feature.
  
   The ABEND happens in DT module EQATIEXT when calling the
   clients DFSMSCE0 for INIT. While the client's DFSMSCE0 does
   not have INIT entry point registered/defined, VINIT in the
   vector table is set to NULL, and EQATIEXT still branch to it,
   thus the ABEND.

   environment.

   SVC Screening mode catches the binder module in Access Mode
   which causes the abend. The debugger should ignore Access Mode
