APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• -ABENDS0C4 in EQA00OHH when application is doing Binder API
  calls and running with SVC Screening on.  Debugging running in
   SVC Screening mode catches the binder module in Access Mode
   which causes the abend. The debugger should ignore Access Mode
   callers.
