Error description

• Abend S0C4 occurs during TEMS shutdown.  The failure is the
  result of an
  incorrectly coded TRC1_NoteError() statement in kdsmacmd.c'c
  ShutdownCommand() function.

Local fix

• A ++APAR can be provided if required for this abend during
  shutdown.

  Abend S0C4 occurs during shutdown of the Tivoli Enterprise
  Management Server.  The failure is the result of an
  incorrectly coded TRC1_NoteError() statement
  ShutdownCommand() function.
  

Problem conclusion

• The TRC1_NoteError() statement has been corrected to
  properly display message text instead of abending.
