PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When users associate a contiguous array section with an explicit shape dummy argument that has intent(in) or intent(inout), the compiler generates an unnecessary temporary which causes a performance degradation USERS AFFECTED: Users that associate contiguous array sections with an explicit shape dummy argument that has intent(in) or intent(inout).
Problem conclusion
Corrected the issue that prevented the contiguity check from identifying the array section as a contiguous piece of memory.
