Error description

• When displaying a saved search in Process Portal, sorting on a
  column title that contains non-ASCII characters will result in
  a pop-up message that contains the CWTBG0030E error message.
  This issue occurs when using Internet Explorer 8 or Internet
  Explorer 9 as the browser for displaying Process Portal.

  The problem occurred because the column title was included in
  a URL without being encoded.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem was fixed by including a statement to encode the
  column title parameter before it is included in a URL.
  
  An 8.0.1.0 interim fix for JR45386 is available from Fix
  Central.  Fix application instructions are also available when
  obtaining the interim fix from Fix Central.
  
  The JR45386 interim fix package also contains changes for
  superseded APARs JR44818 and JR45140, so the JR45386 package
  should be applied if fixes are needed for JR44818 and JR45140.
