IY97829: NGF.JAR FILE PROVIDED AS FIX FOR IY90598 IS CAUSING NEW PROBLEM WHEN MAXIMIZING VIEWPOINT

Error description

• An ngf.jar file was provided as a fix to APAR IY90598. This fix
  seems to have solved the issue reported in PMR 41809,999,000 but
  is causing a separate problem to appear. Steps to replicate:
  
  1 select a service from the Service Tree. This will be displayed
  on the Service Viewer.
  
  2 select a different service. The second service now displays in
  the Service Viewer.
  
  3 click on button on top right hand corner of Service Viewer to
  maximize the view. Instead of the second service, the maximized
  view shows the service that the user selected in step 1.
  
  Further to that, after resizing the view to normal size, no
  matter which service the user selects on the service tree, the
  service actually shown in service viewer does not change. Only
  the title changes. One needs to click on the Refresh button on
  top right hand corner to be able to regain some functionality of
  service viewer.
