Error description

• APAR Title: OOM occurs while viewing the Provisioning policy
  having
  7000+ roles as membership for the second time.
  
  Description:  Provisioning policy details having 7000 roles as
  
  membership can be viewed for the first time. Then if we click
  Cancel on
  Provisioning Policy details page and again try to view the same
  Provisioning Policy, OOM occurs.  Additionally it takes several
  minutes
  to open the Provisioning policy details page having 7000+ roles
  as
  membership.
  
  Steps to duplicate:
  1.  Create a Provisioning Policy having 7000+ roles in
  membership.
  2.  Click on the Provisioning policy created above to view the
  details.
  3.  Click on Cancel.
  4.  Again click on the same Provisioning policy to view the
  details.
  5.  OutOfMemory occurs.
  
  Desired Behavior:  To be able to view the provisioning policy
  having
  7000+ roles as membership for the second time as well.
  
  Environment: ITIM 5.1.0.9 P0009, build date of December 12, 2011
  WAS 6.1.0.35, clustered environment no other apps hosted on the
  server
  AIX 5300-12
  TDS 6.2.0.3
  DB2 9.5.4
  Server has 8388 MB of RAM
  JVM min:  512, max:  3072
  Some performance tuning may have been done
