Problem summary
**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: All users of WebSphere Service and Repository Server Version 8.0.0 **************************************************************** PROBLEM SUMMARY: In some instances when starting WSRR, SIB was still in the process of starting. As a result WSRR was unable to contact SIB to verify the user credentials were correct so WSRR would fail to start.
Problem conclusion
The code was changed so that check would only stop WSRR from starting if SIB returned a security exception so would allow for the case described above. This fix is targeted for inclusion in WSRR V8.0.0.2
