All users of WebSphere Service and Repository Server Version
8.0.0

PROBLEM SUMMARY:
In some instances when starting WSRR, SIB was still in the
process of starting. As a result WSRR was unable to contact
SIB to verify the user credentials were correct so WSRR would
fail to start.

Problem conclusion

  • The code was changed so that check would only stop WSRR from
starting if SIB returned a security exception so would allow for
the case described above.

This fix is targeted for inclusion in WSRR V8.0.0.2
