Error description

• The SRA initial probe is failing during local installation on
  AIX with RC 111 and may generate a core dump.

  AGT0481I Computer probe failed with exit code -1. Check log
  files in directory "/opt/IBM/TPC/agent/log/TPCSERVER" for more
  information.
  AGT0384E Install failed, return code 111
  
  Return Code 111 means: Probe failed at installation time.
  
  The SRA initial probe is generating core dump on AIX hosts when
  there are more than 250 volumes attached.
  The Probe binary has been modified to handle large memory
  segment.
