  After applying APAR IC86512, 2 bytes in console messages are
  sometimes missing on the host screen.

  *                      session may hang during disconnect.     *

  IBM Personal Communications is connected to a CICS Gateway
  that provides 3270 terminal emulation. When PROG753 error
  occurs, it can not be cleared by the Reset key. During this
  condition, if the CICS Gateway sends IAC EOR (0xFFEF) in a
  separate packet to PCOM, it is not processed and the session
  hangs. APAR IC75322 in Refresh Pack 6.0.3 was taken to address
  this problem.
  
  After APAR IC75322, 2 additional bytes of data would appear
  intermittently in the TN3270 outbound data for all 3270 hosts
  and would cause the session to hang. APAR IC86512 in Refresh
  Pack 6.0.6 was taken to resolve this issue.
  
  Though APAR IC75322 fixed the problem with APAR IC75344, there
  were other cases where 2 bytes of data would disappear from
  the outbound data processed by PCOM.
  

Problem conclusion

• PCSTLNET.DLL has been changed to rework APARs IC75344 and
  IC86512 to handle IAC EOR (0xFFEF) when its received as a
  separate packet. With this fix, the session will disconnect
  normally even when PROG753 error is set.
