IC88348: WLM_GET_SERVICE_CLASS_WORKLOAD_OCCURRENCES incorrectly shows the reorg application status as UOWWAIT

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When "db2 reorg table" command is running, the "db2 list
  applications global show detail" shows the application status as
  UOW Executing.
  However, table WLM_GET_SERVICE_CLASS_WORKLOAD_OCCURRENCES and/or
  WLM_GET_SERVICE_CLASS_WORKLOAD_OCCURRENCES_V97 show the status
  of this application on coordinator node as UOWWAIT.
