Error description

  • In a CICS 4.2 region, Kernel Error data now captures 64-bit
    register information.

Formatting a dump using VERBX DFHPD670 'KE' we get the
    registers as:

    GPR 0-3 00000001_00000066 00000000_0000000F
              00000000_0098B07F 00000000_096F8568
    GPR 4-7 00000000_0000000F 00000000_00000000
              00000000_7F2F2100 00000000_7F2F28E0
    GPR 8-B 00000000_096F8568 00000000_22ED8C50
              00000000_0000A030 00000000_08D6D4E5
    GPR C-F 00000000_00000000 00000000_7F2F2100
              00000000_0000000F 00000000_000003E8

However, Fault Analyser is showing them as:

    R0: 00000001 2047 bytes of storage addressable
    R1: 00000066 1946 bytes of storage addressable
    R2: 00000000 2048 bytes of storage addressable
    R3: 0000000F DFHSMDCC/GSCF. + X'7'
    R4: 00000000 2048 bytes of storage addressable
    R5: 0098B07F 479105 bytes of storage addressable
    R6: 00000000 2048 bytes of storage addressable
    R7: 096F8568 Storage invalid
    R8: 00000000 2048 bytes of storage addressable
    R9: 0000000F DFHSMDCC/GSCF. + X'7'
    R10: 00000000 2048 bytes of storage addressable
    R11: 00000000 2048 bytes of storage addressable
    R12: 00000000 2048 bytes of storage addressable
    R13: 7F2F2100 126720 bytes of storage addressable
    R14: 00000000 2048 bytes of storage addressable
    R15: 7F2F28E0 124704 bytes of storage addressable

Note that the high 32 bits of GPR0 are assigned to R0, the low
32 bits of GPR0 are assigned to R1, the high 32 bits of GPR1
are assigned to R2, the low 32 bits of GPR1 are assigned to R3
    and so on.
