  The ABEND0C4 in ERMMFICA UA04163 +x'620' occurs trying
  to access an entry past the end of the DACC control block.

  The ABEND0C4 in ERMMFICA occurs trying to access an entry past
  the end of the DACC control block.
  The problem occurs since module ERBMFICA acccess the
  DACC_DOMAIN_ID field in the ICSF DACC control block with an
  incorrect offset.
  
  Affected RMF releases: z/OS-2.3 and z/OS-2.4
  

Problem conclusion

• Offset to access the DACC_DOMAIN_ID field in ICSF DACC
  control block is now calculated instead of using the offset
  from the ICSF DACC macro.
