  With this APAR, RMF's Monitor I Crypto data collection is
  extended to recognize ICSF performance measurements when
  available:
  FFX Encipher callable services
  FFX Decipher callable services
  FFX Translate callable services
  QSA Digital Signature Generate callable servies
  QSA Digital Signature Verify callable servies
  
  These measurements are stored in a existing
  ICSF Data Section of SMF record 70 subtype 2.
  
  When this APAR is installed, SMF type 70 subtype 2 record data
  with SMF record level x'8F' are produced. All other SMF
  types/subtypes are written with SMF record level '8E'x.
  
  Use RMF installations with the PTFs for OA59330 applied to
  generate RMF Postprocessor Cryptographic Activity reports if the
  SMF record data were collected on a lower or on the same RMF
  release level.
  In this case, the RMF Postprocessor can process the SMF records
  with SMF record level '8F'x, but does not exploit the new
  measurements.
