• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Looping in IGC00020 after abend 16E-2C followed by RC04/RSN05
  for another DEB. This occurs after OA56558 and with VPS
  The loop is resolved by OA56438
  Also, possible overlay of abnormal appendage address in DFVT
  causing ABEND A00.
