    QFRVOLS VOLUME reason code x'C9' (d'201') erroneously

    or
    UA82298 UA82287 UA82296 for R210
    This occurred when only Space-Efficient feature is present and
    there was neither Dataset-Level FlashCopy nor Volume Level
    FlashCopy. If Dataset-Level FlashCopy or Volume Level FlashCopy
    are enabled together with Space-Efficient feature, then this
    would not be a problem.
    or
    apply ++APAR AA51447 for R210 or R220

    For backward compatibility, this APAR provided a fix to not fail
    the 'track-space efficient FlashCopy', if it is the only feature
    used in the system.
