    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Toleration APAR for z/OS JES3 V2R2.     *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    In a JES3 JESplex, JES3 release HJS77A0 can co-exist with
releases HJS7780 and HJS7790. Support of new function
in JES3 release HJS77A0 requires toleration updates to
    pre-HJS77A0 JES3 releases.

JES3 initialization modules are updated so that JES3 utilizes
the copy of IEFNB903 available in LPA rather than using ALOAD
of the IEFNB903 copy in LINKLIB.

Starting in z/OS V2R2, JES3 will support the PROCLIB parameter
of the JCLLIB JCL statement. To fully support the PROCLIB
parameter, jobs using the PROCLIB parameter which have gone
through input service on a V2R2 global must be scheduled for
    C/I by a V2R2 global. JES3 modules for V1R13 and V2R1 are
updated such that jobs which have been through input service on
a V2R2 global which use the PROCLIB parameter, will be held
from further processing until the V2R2 global is again
    available.

To support new functions, starting in z/OS V2R2 JES3 creates an
extension of the Job Control Table (JCT) maintained for each
job. Like the JCT, the JCT Extension (JCTX) is stored on
spool. JES3 modules are updated to recognize and maintain the
JCTX for jobs created by a JES3 global running V2R2.

Starting with z/OS V2R2, JES3 adds support for a number of new
parameters in the JES3 initialization statements. JES3
initialization modules are updated to recognize and save the
parameter values of the keywords users may have added to the
initialization statements for use with V2R2.

Starting with z/OS V2R2, JES3 adds support which required
extending the fixed area of the Locate Response (IATYLRS)
control block. JES3 modules are updated for V1R13 and V2R1 to
recognize and handle an LRS control block sent from a JES3
    global running V2R2.

z/OS V2R2 will be designed to support a number of enhancements
for system symbols. JES3 passes system symbol tables between
systems for processing of jobs using symbols. JES3 modules are
updated to recognize and maintain the system symbol tables
    received from a JES3 global running V2R2.

Starting with z/OS V2R2, JES3 adds support for the SYMBOLS=
parameter of the DD JCL statement. The SYMBOLS= parameter was
first supported by C/I with z/OS V2R1. JES3 modules are
updated for V2R1 to support SYMBOLS=JCLONLY and SYMBOLS=EXECSYS
    for JES3 CIFSS running on z/OS V2R1.
