IV62929: CAA: CLUSTERCONF -R DOES NOT SUPPORT 3RD PARTY DISKS

Error description

• Using clusterconf -r and specifying a 3rd party disk
  fails
  with:
  clusterconf: Could not register repository disk with
  Storage Framework:
  A file or directory in the path name does not exist.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• During the following cascaded failure, the
      clusterconf -r <repos>
  recovery method does not work.
  
  On a cluster with a 3rd party disk as the repository
  1) Disconnect access to the repository (simulate loss)
  2) Reboot the node OR forcefully destroy the cluster
  3) Remove the clvdisk(repos UUID) entry from the ODM
  4) Reconnect access to the repository
  
  2 and 3 order can be changed. The end result is a
  node without any cluster data to attempt to self heal.
