    ABEND0C4 DSNXIDDL.DSNXIDMH+2CE / DSNXADMH+218 (JAK 5/10/99)
Related to the use of a Y2K product: hourglass, sim 2000 etc.
Problem is that the Y2K product does a zap against DSNXGRDS. DB2
maintenance is applied to xxx.SDSNLOAD, zap is not reapplied on
the new level of code. So DSNXGRDS is downlevel from the new
code. Please check the steplib in the DB2 started tasks, and see
if there is a DSNXGRDS LMOD in a libary concatenated ahead of
    xxx.SDSNLOAD.
