A problem occurs when JavaServer Pages(JSP) contain more than
two tags with the same name and different values in an if/else
block.

PK29373 added functionality to allow two duplicate scripting
variables using the  com.ibm.wsspi.jsp.usescriptvardupinit
WebContainter custom property.  However, if there are more than
two then the sample JSP would cause the error below.

An example JSP would be:

        <tag:tagVariable name="nameVariable" value="one"/>
        <p>Test one: "<%=nameVariable %>"</p>
   <% \} %>

    <% if (2 == 2) \{ %>
        <tag:tagVariable name="nameVariable" value="two"/>
        <p>Test two: "<%=nameVariable %>"</p>
   <% \} %>

    <tag:tagVariable name="nameVariable" value="three"/>
    <p>Test three: "<%=nameVariable %>"</p>

Problem conclusion

The WebSphere Application Server JSP container was changed to
allow more than two duplicate scripting variables with the
same name and different values in an if/else block when the
com.ibm.wsspi.jsp.usescriptvardupinit WebContainer custom
property is set to true.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.15 and 6.1.0.37  Please refer to the
