Error description

• Using Db2 12 with DSNHDECP parm APPLCOMPAT set to V12R1M501 or
  higher may cause enabling of replication to fail.
  The error is accompanied by messages:
  a. DSNL076I ...DC1A DSNLXRSS DDF CONNECTION REJECTED DUE TO
     INCOMPATIBLE APPLCOMPAT
  b. AQT20009 Operation
     "EnableReplicationForDatabaseSystemCommand" failed...
  c. com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.SqlException: DB2 SQL Error:
     SQLCODE=-30025, SQLSTATE=56073,
     SQLERRMC=RS22DC1A;DSN12015:*:V12R1M504;0600;0002,
     DRIVER=4.15.82
  The error may occur if the DB2 Connect packages to support a
  new function level have been bound with APPLCOMPAT(V12R1M501)
  or higher.

• If the Db2z PTF for APAR PH08482
  https://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg1PH08482
  has been applied,
  a DB2 Connect driver higher than 4.22.0 needs to be applied.
  The corresponding file is available with IDAA support, who
  needs to get access at the accelerator to apply it.
  If the Db2z PTF from above has not been installed, the
  clientcompat level needs to be set according to the following
