CRTP parameters

parameters: The parameters for this subcommand are the same as for the CRTPF CL command.

For example, to create a physical file that is called MYFILE with a record length of 80 and no restrictions on the number of members, enter this:

CRTP FILE(RLKAYS/MYFILE) RCDLEN(80) MAXMBRS(*NOMAX)
