XDR Non-Filter Primitives
The eXternal Data Representation (XDR) nonfilter primitives are used to create, manipulate, implement, and destroy XDR data streams.
These primitives allow programmers to destroy a data stream (freeing its private structure) for example, or change a data stream position.
