Viewing the TravelDocs field-at-a-time interface in Taskmaster DotEdit

After you create batches and prepare them for the verification task, you can use Taskmaster DotEdit to view the TravelDocs application in the field-at-a-time interface.

To view the TravelDocs field-at-a-time interface in Taskmaster DotEdit:

1. Click Start > All Programs > Datacap > Administrator > Application Clients > Taskmaster DotEdit.
2. In the Application field, type TravelDocs.
3. Enter the Taskmaster login credentials and click Login.
4. After the Shortcut field displays the tasks that are available for TravelDocs, select Verify and click Start.
5. When Taskmaster DotEdit prompts you to run the next available batch, click OK.
   Tip: If Taskmaster DotEdit displays a table that shows a batch with a Status of hold, double-click the task row to start the Verify task.

   Taskmaster DotEdit displays the field-at-a-time panel, and highlights the first low-confidence field where you can enter the correct value in the edit field. If the field is a checkbox or other OMR (optical mark recognition) field, or is linked to a dictionary of permitted values, Taskmaster DotEdit displays a combination box where you can select one of the permitted values.
